Citizens of Bangladesh need a visa to enter Georgia. An e-visa is available only to holders of a valid Schengen or OECD-country visa or residence permit; otherwise you apply at an embassy or consulate. A tourist visa or e-visa doesn't give the right to work.
To work, your employer applies for your right to work and you get a D1 visa. Working without it means a GEL 2,000 fine — for the worker and for the employer — and a risk of expulsion.
